Church Use Request
Please fill out the following request if you would like to request use of the church. All requests should be submitted at least one week prior to the date you would like to reserve. The date you request is not confirmed until you receive an email confirming that your request has been accepted.
Please note: church use requests are intended for church members and attendees. If you are not a member or regular attendee, you may still fill out the form to request use, but you will also be required to read, agree to, and sign our church facility use policy.
